Shipping policy
Domestic orders can take up to 5-6 business days to be sent out for shipping. I will ship out all orders as timely as possible, but this business is run solely by me so please be patient. If for any reason there are delays in the shipment of an order, I will be in touch.
If you’d rather come and collect your order in person, please get in touch to arrange this. Shipping costs can be refunded accordingly if this is organized.
Breakage during shipment is always a risk when sending ceramics through postal services. If an order is broken on arrival, a full refund or replacement order can be arranged. Please contact me directly if this is the case. There will be no extra charges made.
